Is the automatic chicken door in stock?

Yes, the Safe Coop® automatic chicken door is in stock. Orders placed before 4 pm AEST will be posted the same business day. 

If I place an order today, when will it be delivered?

Orders placed before 4 pm AEST are sent the same business day. All orders are sent via Australia Post Express Post. This means your new chicken door should be delivered the following business day to metro areas and regional centres, or within two business days to other regional or remote areas.

Is there a tracking number for my order?

Yes, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address you provided at the checkout by 8 pm AEST on the day your order is posted. If you can’t find the email, please check your spam folder.

I’m experiencing an issue with my automatic chicken door. How can I fix it?

Please view our Service & parts webpage for troubleshooting information to fix the issue. If a spare part is required, you’ll be able to order it on the Service & parts webpage.
